Watch charge $20 for quicker delivery October 4 now they’re saying it’s going out on 8 October

I was not able to speak to anyone. I had to leave a message.

I spent an extra $20 to have my order delivered sooner on October 4 not on October 8 and its still being delivered on October 8. I would like to know why.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The pending charge was removed.

Placed an order online, picked a day and time for pickup. When I arrived at Mrs Fields, my order was never filled.

The clerk tried to give me credit but didn't know how to enter the info into the register. She called her Supervisor and her Supervisor hung the phone up, said it was her day off and she didn't want to be bothered. She called another manager, and she was just as useless. The clerk felt terrible.

I told her I'll take it up with customer service. Personally, the supervisor and manager should be fired.

You never leave an employee hanging when they're trying to help customers, on your day off or when you're on the clock. What's 5 minutes of your time to help an employee who reports to you!!!

I ordered the "Snow Friends Peace Love & Cookies 90 Nibblers Bite-Sized Cookies Tin" for $41.99 on 12/21/2023 and paid an EXTRA $34.99 for expedited shipping for a 12/23/2023 delivery date.

With tax and handling fees, the final total was: $79.97.

On the evening of Dec 23rd, I called and emailed to let them know the product was not delivered and was not even updated as fulfilled or ready to ship. No one was in the office and there were no customer service agents to be reached.

I called again on Mon, Dec 26th, and the office was still closed, so I decided to email.

In my email, I requested that they CANCEL my order as Christmas had already passed and I definitely was not going to pay $34.99 for the expedited shipping that would have it delivered the day before Christmas Eve, Dec. 23rd.

The order was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift and that's why I paid $34.99 extra for the shipping so it would be delivered on 12/23, before Christmas Eve and before Christmas; however, as of the afternoon of December 26th, the order still had not even been fulfilled, wasn't ready to ship, no tracking number, etc.

I woke up today to a message saying that the product had shipped the night of Dec 26th, and had been delivered this morning! So, I ordered it to be shipped expedited on December 21st, and they don't deliver it until after the holidays on December 27th. Nice.

I called and decided to get a callback (15 customers calling to complain ahead of me), and was able to speak to an agent.

They couldn't explain how no one was in the office or customer service center yesterday, yet they were able to get it packed up and shipped out via UPS last night. Also, they confirmed that since it was already delivered this morning and these are perishable items that they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS even if they're still in the original box/packaging.

So, I wasn't getting my money back, but they did say I should get a Refund for the Expedited Shipping.

Hopefully, in the next 10-14 Business Days. We'll see.

Anyway, I highly recommend that if you want your gift to actually get delivered and get it delivered on time that you should order from someone else.

I will never order from Mrs Fields again.

What a disappointment, I should have read the reviews 1st!

I placed my order#384221 on Dec.15th with an expected delivery date of Dec.21st. I did get a USPS tracking # but it never went any further than letting me know that my label was created.

I tried that useless c/s# that they have on their website as well as emailing them several times. On Dec. 26th I got a email reply that they were working to resolve issues and provided another cs# that sent me into a Q with 10 other calls ahead of me, complaints?? I can only assume (who else would wait that long)?

Service rep. Christine, said "another package would get sent out immediately and she would send me a tracking # right away"! BIG SUPRISE, that was 3 days ago, I still have no tracking of shipment nor has my late present been delivered!!

Again..I repeat what a disappointment!

I wish I would have read the reviews 1st, I naturally assumed a company like Mrs. Fields had more integrity.

I purchased chocolate chip cookies as part of a fundraiser. They are disgusting.
